I work as an Educational Developer at Capilano University in the Centre for Teaching Excellence where my passion for teaching and learning thrives. I am supported by a wonderful team of professionals and creative folks. Together we support teaching faculty at our boutique sized university to improve the student experience. Lately, I have been digging deeper into teaching technologies in areas such as AI, Open Education, and technology assisted teaching. This journey began for me almost a decade ago when I project managed MOOCs at UBC, where I was fortunate to meet the founders of Coursera and EdX. I look forward to seeing where teaching is headed as we engage with new teaching technology.
